Refer a friend

If you directly introduce a candidate to a Peoplebank staff member, who we place, whether they be family, friends, colleagues or simply acquaintances, we'll reward you $500*.

All you need to do is carefully read the program conditions below and then if you're eligible simply fill out the form and the reward is yours!

*The fine print! This program has a few conditions that you should know about. These are:

1. You need to directly introduce the candidate via e-mail or telephone to a Peoplebank staff member (Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant etc);
2. The referred candidate will need to be placed in a role by Peoplebank within three (3) months of the referral.
3. Within one (1) month of the referred candidate being placed by Peoplebank, you need to complete the Referral Reward Claim Form
4. Referral rewards will only be made when the referred candidate is actually placed by Peoplebank and in the position for (3) months;
5. Payroll Services contractors are excluded;
6. The referral reward you’ll earn is a bonus payment of $500. If you are an individual, tax will be withheld. Alternatively, if you have a company structure, you can invoice us for the referral fee.
7. After processing, the reward will be included in your next payment if you are a Peoplebank contractor. Alternatively, the reward will be transferred to you if you are not a Peoplebank contractor; and
8. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the referral has been employed by Peoplebank.
